About us

Japonica nursery is a family run business located just outside the quiet village of Walberton, we specialise in high quality plants at extremely competitive prices alongside a well established firewood business supplying “ready to burn” logs throughout the year. Japonica nursery itself was established in 2008 nevertheless trading in plants and firewood has been in the family for over 60 years.

In recent years investments have been made in both the firewood and the nursery sectors to modernise and streamline both sides to our business. This includes bringing our firewood machinery up to date to some of the efficient and quality firewood processor’s on the current market, giving us the opportunity to supply you as the consumer with perfect logs every-time. In terms of the nursery we have travelled internationally and ventured outside of our usual suppliers in order to diversify our stock, all the while keeping our prices low.
